An integrated sustainability roadmap for the Belgian food industry

Develop sustainable organisations
There are two fundamental practices in sustainable development. Taking on responsibility to create societal impact through your core activities, is the first practice. Since that societal impact is received by your stakeholders, the second fundamental practice will be to engage with them.
We guide you in every step of your stakeholder engagement process and:
map your relevant stakeholders,
organise consultations to identify their views and expectations,
collect their perspective on your impacts,
receive their feedback on your current strategy and performances,
involve them in your strategy and actions.
Our tools and methods include international surveys, regional focus groups, and, in case of sensitive topics, individual interviews.

Are you a Belgian company with fewer than 1,000 employees? Then you may be eligible for a federal subsidy of €4,000 to support a stakeholder dialogue.
Dirk Le Roy
Managing Director
Your company may qualify for a federal subsidy of €4,000 for a project worth €8,000. This subsidy supports a stakeholder dialogue on corporate social responsibility (CSR), based on the international AA1000SES standard.
Such a dialogue helps align your strategy with what truly matters to your employees, customers, investors, suppliers, government, local communities, media, and NGOs.
